We use your details to process your request. When you submit, we transmit them in encrypted form to a BVH server and forward them from there by email to startkapital@bvh.org. We do not store them on the server. The controller is the Bundesverband der Börsenvereine an deutschen Hochschulen (BVH) e.V., Schloss, 68131 Mannheim, Germany, startkapital@bvh.org. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (handling enquiries and documenting our sessions). For session requests, we share your details with the volunteers who run the session, and with nobody else. We delete your data once your request is completed, at the latest after twelve months. If a session has taken place, we keep the details for documentation and funding reports for up to three years. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.
